FlySIM / eSIM Installation:​

• Please check if your device has an add "eSim" button to make sure your device supports eSIM. >> eSIM Compatible Devices

• Please make sure your device is Sim Lock Free. (Unlocked)

• Please prepare printed QR code or another device that displays the QR code for scanning.

• Please make sure the phone you use to scan has a stable internet connection.

• Please use the mobile phone you are using during your trip, because the QR code can only be scanned once.

• Please do not delete the eSIM from your phone as you will not be able to use it once deleted.

• After payment is accepted for your purchase, MovilCare will send you an eSim QR code and eSim information (SM-DP+Address / Activation Code, and more) for the mobile data plan you have purchased.

• This will also include installation and activation instructions.

• You can follow the instructions to scan the QR code or manually set up your eSIM.
